BUDGET:
David Bass presented a draft budget that has been previously circulated.
William reminded us that the Fall Budget will not be released until September. Additionally we could withstand a $50K cut to the site Budget, and be OK – No cuts
David reviewed the budget line by line to provide an overview.
David also Cautioned us to be fiscally prudent – as we may not get as much money in the raising portion.
Meserve Platt moved to adjourn, Michael Mazzaferro seconded. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm
